Tipsy Peach Mobile Bar provides mobile bartending services in Georgia. As a dry hire bar, clients supply the alcohol, and we provide the bartending service.

3. Booking and Payment

• A deposit is required to secure your event date.

• Full payment is due prior to the event.

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, cash, and check. Credit card processing fees may apply.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing the necessary alcohol for the event.

• Ensuring compliance with local laws regarding alcohol consumption.

• Providing a safe environment for our staff.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tipsy Peach Mobile Bar is not liable for:

• Any injuries or damages resulting from alcohol consumption.

• Delays or failures due to events beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
